What you will learn
This White Card Course offers the general Work Health and Safety (WHS) induction information you require to work on a construction site in Australia. The White Card Course is regulated by SafeWork SA.
The course covers:
- The Work Health & Safety Legislative framework
- Hazards and Risks
- Construction Industry knowledge
- Accidents and incidents
- Site safety
What you get at the end
On successful completion you will be issued:
- Statement of Attainment
- Wallet sized card (White Card).
After completing this course participants will have a basic knowledge of WHS legislative requirements. Particularly as they pertain to your roles and responsibilities as a professional involved in the construction industry. Participants will also have a good understanding of the main hazards in the construction industry and the common principles of risk control.
